Please note that processing and shipping times may vary.
PROCESSING:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS US:
All orders within the contiguous US (all states except Alaska and Hawaii) ship for FREE via UPS or USPS and arrive within 5-8 business days.
PAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS US:
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day, rate calculated at checkout based on location
- UPS Ground: 2 business days, rate calculated at checkout based on location
- UPS Ground Saver: 3 business days, rate calculated at checkout based on location
HAWAII & ALASKA:
If you would like to make an order to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact sean@theultipack.com directly to calculate shipping rates and times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping, excluding Mexico, is available at checkout. Rates and delivery times are calculated based on your shipping location entered at checkout.
CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the delivery timeline you selected at checkout, please contact us at sean@theultipack.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
P.O. BOXES:
Our carrier does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you use your full street address at checkout.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please read our full return policy here. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sean@theultipack.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
